📄 All Cases — Most Recently Modified First

Every case in the shared repository, including drafts, sorted by most recent modification. Delete removes a case for good (a trainee's practice case, for example); tick several, or search for a trainee and select all, to delete them together.

📣 Ping (instant toast notification with a loud, distinct alert tone)

Sends an instant on-screen notification to one user or to everyone currently on the site. It uses its own louder, longer alert tone (not the login-confirmation sound) so it actually gets noticed, and shows who it's from — no full-screen takeover, no ticker change, just a quick attention-getter.
